Love the pillow
I was disappointed at first because I purchased the firm and thought I was sent the wrong firmness. I was later sent more filler, a little too much, but it feels better now.
Customer service was great. I purchased this pillow because my daughter had one and I slept so much better. Last night after filling my pillow, I slept through the night.

My son and his partner bought the Eli and Elm side-sleeper pillow for themselves and for their guest rooms. I was fortunate enough to have one to sleep on for 10 days! Pillow relieves shoulder pain - love it!
This pillow is working surprisingly well. I've been using it for a month. I have a chronic sore shoulder that has been keeping me awake at night for a long time. This pillow has made a huge difference for the better, because the shape allows my shoulder to be relieved of some pressure.
