Latex Pillow Fill FAQ
Additional fill is shipped in a 8″x8″x5″ box with about 12 ounces of fill. This will increase your pillow by approximately 15% in loft.
The latex additional fill is 75% latex and 25% ultra-fine polyester fiber, the same fill used in the latex variations of the Eli & Elm Side Sleeper and Everyday pillows.

Neck stiffness and dizzy
This pillow is very good it has helped with my neck stiffness and compression which was causing me to have dizzyness when getting in and out of bed . I read where cervical compression can cause this so I gave this pillow a try and by golly it worked !!! 5 stars

Excellent side sleeper pillow
I have been very happy with this side sleeper pillow for several years. I have 4 at my house and bring it to sleepovers elsewhere. It allows me to adjust the height for good neck alignment and has the added benefit of being able to hug the side of the pillow.

So far, so good. The pillow offers the correct shape for side sleeping and neck support. It is a little firmer than I'm used to, but I think it works well to help eliminate neck and back pain.

Heavy Head Needs His Fill
The side-sleeper pillow additional fill was necessary for me and my original pillow purchase. Though I may purchase a second filler to make my pillow more firm (I tend to push the filler back into the pillow and away from the protruding points as I sleep). No complaints whatsoever on my end.
