Unlike many other adjustable pillows, there are no pre-filled layers inside our pillow that prevent you from making the micro-adjustments to the fill that are needed to fully customize it to you.
Latex Pillow Fill FAQ
Additional fill is shipped in an 8″x8″x5″ box with about 12 ounces of fill. This will increase your pillow by approximately 15% in loft.
The latex additional fill is 75% latex and 25% ultra-fine polyester fiber, the same fill used in the latex variations of the Eli & Elm Side Sleeper and Everyday pillows.

Great product!
I love the pillow. I love the memory foam and the fact that I can add more, which I did to bring my neck higher. It’s very comfortable! Worth the money when so many things are not!

Works just as advertised.
Excellent comfort, and conforms well to the trapezius area from neck to deltoid. I have a 6 inch neck to shoulder tip distance, and the amount of stuffing was just right - I didn't have to add or remove any. Great pillow.

Side sleepers delight!
This the the best pillow for side sleepers! I tried others and they all fall flat, literally and physically. That’s why I knew this company understood the side sleeper, bc this pillow can be refilled. Side sleepers need a high loft and that’s why you can re fluff the pillow and add more stuffing if needed ( there is even an option to buy additional stuffing). My arms are not getting numb anymore and I sleep better bc I don’t turn as much. Finally I have found my perfect pillow!

Pillow review
I bought the standard Queen not the side sleeper and am happy with my choice. The best part about the pillow is that you can add or remove the latex fill . I removed about 4 handfuls as It was too firm for my taste. Very satisfied with the quality and end result.

Latex gift to me
Believe this is the first latex filled pillow I ever owned. It is definitely a more structured feel. I did get extra latex and filled the pillow more to accommodate the difference between my neck and shoulder distance. It has only been a couple of weeks, but I have noticed less pain in my shoulder that I typically sleep on. Expensive, but over the years I have spent a lot of $ on pillows and none have been as good as this one. Worth the gift to me.
