We recommend waiting to order additional fill for your new pillow until after the pillow is received. All Eli and Elm pillows are overstuffed.

We recommend waiting to purchase additional fill until after your pillow is received as the pillow is overstuffed. If you have received your pillow and later ordered additional fill and it still hasn’t improved your sleep experience, you may return the pillow and fill for a full refund. We recommend stuffing the extra fill in the pillow during the return or simply disposing the fill.
Additional fill is shipped in a 8″x8″x5″ box with about 12 ounces of fill. This will increase your pillow by approximately 15% in loft.
All our orders are processed in 3 business days while transit times are an additional 4 business days.

Perfect shape and thickness.
I didn’t know how much I needed this pillow!! We got a new mattress that is on the firm side and I was waking up with shoulder and neck pain from sleeping on my side. After getting the side sleeper pillow I now have the perfect thickness to keep my neck and spine in alignment and take the pressure off my shoulders. The shape allows space for my shoulder and keeps my body from falling forward. Best night sleep ever! Thanks!

Perfection individualized!

Very comfortable sleeping experience
I have tried this pillow for several weeks now and I am very happy with it. I generally sleep on my side and I love that there is room for my shoulder and because of that, there is a portion to snuggle into. When I wake up I find my shoulders are not all cramped anymore. Just What I Needed
I liked the pillow to begin with, but I was still waking up with neck pain sometimes. The additional fill was perfect to adjust the height to what I needed. (I used all of the filling.)
