Each Eli and Elm product is crafted to order and takes 2-3 business days to package your order. Once shipped from our warehouse in Kansas, transit times will take 2-5 business days depending on your shipping address.

What is the warranty on Eli & Elm products?

We provide a 5-year warranty on all of our products. This covers defects in material or workmanship. Examples of this may include: ripping or fraying of the material, stitching or seams becoming undone from natural wear, and fading of colors within the term of the warranty.
