The Eli and Elm sheet set ships to the lower 48 states for free. Shipping to CA is $45. Buyer is responsible for duties and fees …sorry guys, you know the drill.
Each Eli and Elm product is crafted to order and takes 2-3 business days to manufacture and package your set. Once shipped, transit times will take from 2-5 business days depending on your location.
We ship to the lower 48 states.. Eli and Elm does not ship to P.O Boxes. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to HI,AK, or Canada.
Once you’re Eli and Elm Sheet set ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Allow 3 complete business days after you place your order to receive this email. If you do not receive you’re tracking email after the third business day you may chat with us or email us at info@eliandelm.com to check on your order. Follow the link here to track your order.

The Eli and Elm Side Sleeper was designed in the U.S.A and ships from our warehouses in CA and IL.
Because the Side sleeper was designed for all sleep types, soft or firm, our proprietary filling can be removed for a lower profile pillow. Simply unzip the cover and remove the latex noodle filling. We recommend waiting to order additional fill for your new pillow until after the pillow is received. All Eli and Elm side sleepers are overstuffed.
We recommend waiting to purchase additional fill until after your pillow is received as the pillow is overstuffed. If you have received your pillow and later ordered additional fill and it still hasn’t improved your sleep experience, you may return the pillow and fill for a full refund. We recommend stuffing the extra fill in the pillow during the return or simply disposing the fill.
Additional fill is shipped in a 5″x5″x5″ box with about 8 ounces of fill. This will increase your pillow by approximately 10% in loft.
All our orders are processed in 3 business days while transit times are an additional 4 business days.
Returns
We make exceptional products and fully stand behind their quality. If you for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days of delivery. Returns are fully refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow for up to 48 hours after product is received for a refund to be issued. We provide a 5-year warranty on all of our products. This covers defects in material or workmanship. Examples of this may include: ripping or fraying of the material, stitching or seams becoming undone from natural wear, and fading of colors within the term of the warranty. Care
The Eli and Elm pillow has a detachable cover that can be machine washed on cool with low heat.
Because the Eli and Elm Pillow was designed for all sleep types, soft or firm, our filling can be removed for a lower profile pillow. Simply unzip the cover and remove the shredded foam filling.
Weighted Comforter
Although the materials of the weighted comforter can be washed, we don’t recommend washing it at home as domestic washers aren’t large enough to handle the comforter and may cause damage to your machine. We recommend spot cleaning or dry cleaning.
The warmth of our Weighted Comforter would be most comparable to a high fill down comforter.
We proudly stand behind our products. If you do not totally fall in love with our comforters, you may return it within 45 nights for a full refund.
Our weighted comforter consists of completely safe 0.8mm glass beads and polyester fill wrapped in a quilted 100% 300 thread count sateen weave cotton exterior.
Nope! You can simply use the comforter as a weighted blanket. Although we have added corner loops should you decide to add one.

The #1 complaint we’ve seen from consumers purchasing a weighted comforter/blanket is that, although they fall in love with it, they didn’t expect it to be so heavy. Many weighted comforters/blankets sold online weigh 15lbs/20lbs/25lbs. We’ve reduced the weights to 13lbs/17lbs/20lbs so you get the benefit of the weight without the restriction for those that toss and turn during the night. Our comforter also comes with loops to add a duvet cover for added protection as well as a premium long staple cotton finish.
