Side Sleeper Pillow

So comfortable! I love that you can adjust the thickness of the pillow, as I am someone who sleeps a little more on my stomach/side more than just my side alone. I’ve been sleeping so well since I’ve been using my pillow!

Best side sleeper pillow I have ever purchased .

I purchased the Eli and Elm cotton side sleeper pillow. At first I thought it was way too heavy a pillow and it was bursting with filler. But then I removed several handfuls of filler and tried it again and now I find the support I get for my neck to be very good. I don't want to go back to my old, flat pillow where I think my head was actually going in a downward direction. So now I love this pillow. If you could make a silk pillowcase that would fit, that would be great. Thank you!

I love side sleep snuggles and back sleeping with out neck pain

Gone through a few pillows to find something that suited my side sleeping style. End of search. This pillow hit all the marks for me. It's on the firmer side, so head didn't sink below chest. Cut-out shape for shoulder to help focus on keeping head elevated. Could wrap my arm around the lower portion of the pillow comfortably. End result. I tossed from side to side fewer times and slept for longer spans of time before flipping sides. No shoulder pain. No headaches caused by head level and alignment. Better breathing. When I did swap sides during the night, no need to readjust the pillow. Smooth transition. It just really worked for me. Had my wife try it.... she brought one. Had daughter try it.... she bought one. Only issue was we bought 3 pillows, but missed out on the 50% on a 2nd purchase. But the improvement to my sleep was worth every $$. Could have sent 2 back and then reordered but I did not want to miss a night with this pillow. I'm so hooked that I've had to care for a recovering parent at their house, I packed my pillow. I've never done that and I am 59. That's how well this pillow fits me. For back sleepers, which I do rarely. It was better than expected. Just had to slide pillow down to fill the area left for shoulder area for side sleepers.

Really works for side+back combination sleepers like me. I just have had it for a week and i can definitely feel the difference in comparison to my earlier pillow. I am sleeping quite good overall and don't wake up with any shoulder pain in the morning. Definitely give it a try and see if its for you or not.
