Side Sleeper Pillow

It restores my faith when a product actually does what it claims to do. For the last few years I have woken up with a painfully stiff neck. After a few nights with this pillow, mornings are much more pleasant. The ability to adjust the amount of stuffing in the pillow is sheer genius.

Helped reduce my neck pain which I didn’t realize was worsened by my previous pillow. I am a side sleeper.

As a side sleeper, this pillow helps relieve the pressure on my shoulders and neck. I wake up less stiff in those areas. The soft yet firm density of the pillow feels luxurious and the pillow case soft and made to fit the shape of the pillow nicely. Very pleased overall.

I wasn’t sure if dropping over $100 on a pillow was a wise move and it absolutely was! If you’re a side sleeper and get neck problems, this pillow will solve that for you! I was having a bunch of cracking up at the top of my neck/bottom of my skull and it was happening a lot! I have been using this pillow for a week and haven’t noticed that feeling whatsoever. And I’m sleeping a lot harder too! Definitely recommend!

Best pillow I’ve owned!

Humans should sleep on natural material. In my quest to find the healthiest, most comfortable pillow, I have purchased several pre-made and fill-your-own options. I also tried my own fill of latex (dunlop and talalay), goose down, bamboo memory foam, coconut, straw, and every combination thereof, over the last year. Some of them relieved my side-sleeper neck pain, but none relieved the shoulder pain. I ordered a latex and memory foam side sleeper from Eli and Elm. I allowed it to decompress and freshen up for a full day before fluffing it up and trying it out. I woke up the next morning and my shoulder and neck pain WAS GONE. Within two weeks, I purchased a second side sleeper pillow and two bags of refill, just in case. I did add fill to each pillow (less than a 1/4 of the refill bag, or approximately 3-4 handfuls) and that is just perfect for me. I have been sleeping on the Eli and Elm side sleeper latex/memory foam pillow for almost a month and have had absolutely no pain in my neck, or shoulders. My head is cradled so comfortably in the crescent cut out, I've actually started sleeping more on my back without the all-night waking up to flip and flop from side to side. No more waking up to re-fluff or flip over to the cooler side either. The pillow stays supportive and doesn't get hot. I do highly recommend purchasing the pillow case designed for it. Regular rectangular cases fit over the pillow but can be too loose and bunch up in the center, or too constricting and make the pillow too firm.

I generally don’t write reviews but in this case I just had to so others might experience the same relief I have. I have been using the side sleeper pillow for over a week now. From the VERY FIRST NIGHT I did not have any neck or shoulder pain the following morning. Honestly, it feels like a miracle. I am a woman with broad shoulders and could never find the support I needed. The design of this pillow allows my neck to align and the depth gives my shoulders a natural place to rest. I have spent lots of money trying to find a pillow that helps me achieve a good night’s sleep and I finally have. I recommend this pillow without any reservation.

Finally a pillow that lives up to all the hype. The first night it seemed too hard so I removed some of the filling then it was perfect. Offers excellent support and no hot spots. I didn't care for the optional 100% cotton pillowcase. It wasn't very soft and wrinkled badly when washed. Replaced it with a silk one from Amazon, ultra soft and much cooler.
