Shipping

Eli and Elm ships to the lower 48 states for free.
Eli & Elm ships to the lower 48 states.. Eli and Elm does not ship to P.O Boxes. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to HI,AK, or Canada.
Each Eli and Elm product is crafted to order and takes 2-3 business days to package your order. Once shipped from our warehouse in Kansas, transit times will take 2-5 business days depending on your shipping address.
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Allow 3 complete business days after you place your order to receive this email. If you do not receive your tracking email after the third business day you may chat with us or email us at support@eliandelm.com to check on your order. Follow the link here to track your order.

Returns

We make exceptional products and fully stand behind their quality. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days of delivery. Returns are fully refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow for up to 48 hours after the product is received for a refund to be issued. Once issued, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be applied to the payment method on file.
If you have slept on your Eli and Elm product for at least two weeks and decided that it’s not the right fit for you, you may initiate a return by generating a prepaid return label at: https://eliandelm.com/return-policy/. If you have any questions please email support@eliandelm.com
We provide a 5-year warranty on all of our products. This covers defects in material or workmanship. Examples of this may include: ripping or fraying of the material, stitching or seams becoming undone from natural wear, and fading of colors within the term of the warranty. But does not cover damage from abuse. If you’d like to submit a warranty claim simply email support@eliandelm.com

Side Sleeper Pillow

Fabric: 37% Cotton, 2% Spandex, and 61% Polyester. Our cotton fabric is a temperature managing material that is designed to dissipate heat.

Fill: 75% Latex (or 75% memory foam) and 25% Polyester Fiber (provides the proper support for your neck and body and keeps things cool, comfortable and supportive)

Because the Side Sleeper was designed for all sleep types, soft or firm, our proprietary filling can be removed for a lower profile pillow. Simply unzip the cover and remove the latex noodle filling. You may purchase additional fill here: https://eliandelm.com/product/latex-additional-fill/

Yes! The memory foam used in the Side Sleeper pillow is CertiPUR-US certified. CertiPUR-US is a non-for-profit organization that certifies foam products that are:
  • Made without ozone depleters
  • Made without PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (”Tris”) flame retardants
  • Made without mercury, lead, and other heavy metals
  • Made without formaldehyde
  • Made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission
  • Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million)
The Eli and Elm pillow has a detachable cover that can be machine washed on cool with low heat.

The Everyday pillow is available in queen size: 18″ x 28″ x 6″

The Everyday Pillow is designed with a 1″ gusset allowing the pillow fill to expand and provide more support between your neck and the mattress. This provides uniform loft keeping the fill from shifting so the sides of the pillow don’t collapse.

Weighted Comforter

Although the materials of the weighted comforter can be washed, we don’t recommend washing it at home as domestic washers may not be large enough to handle the comforter's weight and may cause damage to your machine. We recommend spot cleaning or dry cleaning.

The warmth of our Weighted Comforter would be most comparable to a high fill down comforter.

The Weighted Comforter consists of completely safe 0.8mm glass beads and ultra-fine down like polyester fill wrapped in a quilted 100% 300 thread count sateen weave cotton exterior.
The Eli & Elm body pillow comes with a removable cover for easy washing, a custom fit pillowcase and a bag of extra fill.
The #1 complaint we’ve seen from consumers purchasing a weighted comforter/blanket is that, although they fall in love with it, they didn’t expect it to be so heavy. Many weighted comforters/blankets sold online weigh 15lbs/20lbs/25lbs. We’ve reduced the weights to 13lbs/17lbs/20lbs so you get the benefit of the weight without the restriction for those that toss and turn during the night. Our comforter also comes with loops to add a duvet cover for added protection as well as a premium long staple cotton finish.

Additional Fill

If you need a little extra oomph, additional latex fill can be purchased here. Additional Memory foam fill is available as well here.

Additional fill is shipped in a 8″x8″x5″ box with about 12 ounces of fill. This will increase your pillow by approximately 15% in loft.
All Eli & Elm products come with a 45-night trial so you can rest assured if the fill doesn’t improve your sleep it can be returned for a full refund.
Additional fill can be purchased for 75% memory foam and 25% ultra-fine polyester fiber, the same fill used in the memory foam variations of the Eli & Elm Side-sleeper, Everyday, and Pregnancy Body pillows or 75% latex and 25% ultra-fine polyester fiber, which is used in variations of the Side Sleeper and Everyday pillows.

Pillowcases

The Side Sleeper Cooling Pillowcase is designed to custom fit the Eli & Elm Side Sleeper Pillow and will not fit on any other pillow. The Everyday Pillowcase is a Queen size pillowcase made to fit the Everyday Pillowcase as well as other 28” queen size pillows.

Eli & Elm Pillowcases are made from 100% cotton. Each pillowcase is 300 thread count woven with a soft sateen weave.
Eli & Elm Pillowcases are made from 100% cotton which may experience slight shrinkage. To ensure a perfect fit, we’ve designed it slightly larger to account for this natural process. Rest assured knowing it will fit your pillow perfectly.
Yes! Eli & Elm Pillowcases are a full encasement construction with a zipper that helps prevent dust and other debris from entering the pillow. The pillowcase is not waterproof.
