Cooling Side Sleeper Pillowcase

I bought the side sleeper pillow and ordered extra memory foam pillow from Eli & Elm for my husband for his birthday. I also purchased the pillowcase. I had an issue removing it to wash, and the zipper broke.I reached out to Eli & Elm, sent them a picture of the brake, and they sent me out a new pillowcase within two days. My husband absolutely loves the pillow. He’s 6’1” broad shoulders. I’d recommend getting the extra memory foam. Excellent customer service, excellent product. Highly recommend for side sleepers.

It’s a very comfortable pillow. I tried several others and all left my problematic neck and arthritic shoulders beyond sore. In desperation I tried a very expensive pillow that bottomed out on the second night. Did a little research, found Eli & Elm, and gave it a shot and am delighted I did. I’ve already recommended E&E to two of my friends.

This size was larger than my original, prefer larger size, especially after washing.

Great pillow and even better customer service! I ordered two pillows and covers but by accident I hit the order twice. Rasheen, a great customer service representative, emailed me to clarify my order, cancelled the duplicate, and my items arrived. I am an OT and have told many people about these pillows as I used to wake up with a headache. Three weeks in and all clear. So great product with true neck support.

I’ve been using this pillow for several weeks now and find it to be very comfortable, supports my neck and head for a good sleep. It’s better than any other side sleep pillows I have tried. It also works fairly well for the occasional roll onto my back. Highly recommend.

My wife and I absolutely love this pillow! We used to wake up with neck and shoulder paid nearly every day. We haven’t had any pain since using this pillow. We absolutely recommend it!
