Works for me!
I am a small adult combo side/back sleeper, about 5’ tall, 120 lbs. Some side sleeper pillows are too high for me, so the option of adjustable loft is appealing. However, I am doing fine without having adjusted anything! The pronounced curve and differential wing/center firmness of this pillow really help stabilize the side sleeper and relieve pressure on my downside shoulder. Other reviews mentioned this pillow was also suitable for back sleeping, and I agree! It seems to auto-adjust when I change position, providing exactly the support I need for that position, no neck kinking! Final note, this pillow does fit inside a standard/queen sized pillow case, but barely; through the course of the night, the end often works its way out of the case. Overall, given the trouble I’ve had finding a pillow that works for me, I would buy this one again!

Amazing pillow.
The side-sleeper pillow was a great purchase. It is comfortable and I am able to get a good nights rest. No more waking up with a sore neck or my arms having fallen asleep. You will not regret buying this pillow!

Pillow yes. Pillowcase no.
The pillow is fabulous. Don’t bother with the pillowcase. It is too small. Have to stuff the pillow in and it loses its comfort cushioning becoming almost hard. A waste of money.
