Simply unzip your pillow and for direct access to the fill. You can add or remove fill to really dial this pillow in for your perfect set up. Unlike many other pillows with adjustable loft, there are no pre-filled layers inside our pillow that restrict you from making the micro-adjustments to the fill needed to truly get it right.

Memory Foam Fill FAQ

Additional fill is shipped in a 8″x8″x5″ box with about 12 ounces of fill. This will increase your pillow by approximately 15% in loft.

All our orders are processed in 1 business days while transit times are an additional 4 business days.

All Eli & Elm pillows are overstuffed however, some users prefer a high loft super soft pillow and opt for additional fill. We recommend seeing how you sleep with your pillow for 2 weeks before ordering additional fill. You might not need it!
