I am having trouble getting adjusted to this pillow, I have taken some stuffing out but I still don’t seem to rest very well/ how long do I have to send it back? The pillow case is not too soft/ Sorry for this bad review, I don’t like to complain

My neck and shoulders are so much better.
I've had neck and shoulder pain for years and blamed it all on stress. Over the past 2 years, I have tried numerous pillows with no improvement.
