Perfect!
This body pillow is perfect. I like a more poofy and firm body pillow for support so I put all the extra fluff in it. I would definitely buy this again. Great support through the night for both my head, back, and knees/shoulders. It’s not very wide on the leg part and I thought that might be a problem but it hasn’t been. I’ve been sleeping g with it every night for a week. It’s greatly helped.

Completely Fixed How I Sleep
As someone who suffers from a lot if chronic pain, I was noticing how badly I was positioned when sleeping. I read online that pregnancy pillows can help to keep you in the right position, and that’s exactly what this pillow has done for me. In combination with the side sleeper pillow, I have gone to waking up with worse back pain to waking up feeling some relief.

Wonderful body pillow
I’m old and not pregnant lol. I chose this pillow to help support my back and head better during sleep. I have not been disappointed at all. This is the 2nd body pillow I’ve purchased in the last 45 days or so. The 1st I gifted to my pregnant daughter (who is raving about the quality of support btw) and then got another for myself. The pillow does not move during my sleep cycles and I especially like that I can adjust the loft of this pillow. Eli and Elm has become my favorite pillow store.
