The side sleeper pillow uses open cell latex noodle with temperature control properties that promote airflow and breathability, making them a dream for hot sleepers. The ultra fine down-like polyester fiber creates an airy chamber dissipating heat so you can sleep cool all night long.

Neck Pain Relief
The side sleeper is designed to relieve neck pain by promoting proper alignment while you sleep. The curved U-shape fits around the shoulder keeping your neck level with your spine apposed to bending upward. Filling the gap between your neck and the mattress reduces strain on the cervical spine.

Weighted blanket

Adjust the Filling
I have Cervicogenic migraines and it was originally way too firm. I finally gave in and removed the filling (as recommended) to adjust to my comfort level and now it's perfect. It's the only pillow I've found I can sleep on. Customize the pillow to your requirements.
