We recommend waiting to order additional fill for your new pillow until after the pillow is received. All Eli and Elm pillows are overstuffed.

We recommend waiting to purchase additional fill until after your pillow is received as the pillow is overstuffed. If you have received your pillow and later ordered additional fill and it still hasn’t improved your sleep experience, you may return the pillow and fill for a full refund. We recommend stuffing the extra fill in the pillow during the return or simply disposing the fill.
Additional fill is shipped in a 8″x8″x5″ box with about 12 ounces of fill. This will increase your pillow by approximately 15% in loft.
All our orders are processed in 3 business days while transit times are an additional 4 business days.

Happy Sleeper
This pillow has solved a life-long problem for me. Its shape and adjustable loft allow me to comfortably settle down to sleep instead of constantly fighting my pillow throughout the night. The other big win for me is that it is free of heat that comes with many fillings.
