Happy Pillow
We’ve been sleeping with the side sleeper for about 3 weeks. I love it. It feels like a hug. It supports my neck and head and no soreness the next day at all. The pillow cases made for the shape of the side sleeper is too tight. It binds the pillow and prevents good filling redistribution. A normal king size pillow case works great.

Side Sleeper Problems
I chose to order the Cotton Side-Sleeper Pillow after reading so many reviews of pillows that my eyes were blurry and after trying so many different pillows my closet was stuffed with failures! I typically sleep on my side and am trying to sleep more on my back. Before using Eli and Elm, I frequently woke-up with neck and shoulder pain. After about two weeks, I have definitely seen an improvement in pain reduction and have been sleeping better. Because the pillow cradles your head when sleeping on your back, it can sometimes feel a little warm, but overall it is a huge improvement over the pillows I have tried in the past and I would love to order some for my guest room!

As a regular side-sleeper I was using a soft pillow and pushing it into a shape that worked. But it never lasted as it’s too soft to hold the shape. This pillow solves the problem as it’s firm, holds shape, and gives space for my shoulders.
