This cutout fills the gap between your head and mattress keeping your spine straight and supported throughout the night.

Best pillow I've owned!

I'm a side sleeper with arthritis to the spine. For the longest time I've been waking up with moderate to severe neck pain. Often, I've had a hard time sleeping because of the pain. It has really helped with my left shoulder pain!

I’ve spent so much on pillows! But finally I feel that I have found one that is perfect for me as a side sleeper. From day one I felt improvement on my left shoulder which has become something chronic. And I feel it will continue to get better as I use this pillow to best help me position myself when I sleep.
